 Hello there, Just to let you know that I was contacted today by Google Checkouts who asked me to review the experience I recieved when I placed an order with you last month. I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to get in contact with you personally, but here is what I wrote in the questionnaire: How was your overall experience with Friends for Leather? "Absolutely wonderful. After finding the official Radley website difficult to browse and their customer services rude and unhelpful I turned to Friends for Leather after finding them on a Google search. They had a brilliant range of Radley bags and purses and the prices were very reasonable. After placing my order online, I sent them email to explain that I was buying a present for my Mum's 50th birthday and would need the gift delivered as soon as possible. The lovely man at Friends for Leather called me back and helped me to choose an alternative purse because the one I'd chosen was currently out of stock. The handbag and the purse (which was perfect) arrived at 8.30 the next morning, all wrapped and packaged with great care and attention. My Mum was absolutely delighted with her gift and said it was just the one she had wanted (which is a great surprise after the only hints my dad could give me were "black, the size of a lunchbog & with a dog on"!) I will definitely be using Friends for Leather again and have recommended them to all of my friends. Please pass on my comments to the staff at Friends for Leather with my thanks. The service I recieved from you was breath of fresh air.
