Tracking

Everybody likes to be kept in the loop when it comes to ordering online, some are excited because they have ordered a little treat for themselves, others have ordered something for friends and family. Whatever the reason we want to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. What follows is a list of companies we use to deliver, links to where you can track your item and examples of what your tracking number should look like.

In the event that you would like your tracking number please click here, fill out the details, and we will send it to you asap. (if you ordered by phone just enter 'telephone' under order number otherwise the last 4 digits of your e-trade pro number is sufficient)

 

Royal Mail

 

Click on Royal Mail to be taken to their tracking page. Your tracking number should look like:

AA 1234 5678 9GB

The 2 letters at the front denote which service the item was sent with and the following numbers and GB at the end are unique to your item.

 

UPS

 

Click on UPS to be taken to their tracking page. Your tracking number should look like:

1Z9FF4826841234567

This 18 digit number is unique to you. As long as you entered an email address when ordering you should receive an automated email telling you the address that your item is being delivered to and the unique tracking number. This email also provides a link for you to track your package from. 

Interlink Express

 

Click on Interlink Express to be taken to their tracking page. From here you should enter your consignment number into the space provided. The consignment number looks like this:

0123456789/0

The 10 digit number at the front refers to the consignment sheet and the single number after the slash is unique to you. this number can be 0,1,2 or 3.

 

Fastway Couriers

 

Click on Fastway Couriers to be taken to their tracking page. From here enter your tracking number in the box provided. The tracking number will look like this:

AA 0123456789

The 2 letters at the front denote which service has been used. BA for local to Sussex, ZA for nationwide items that fit in an A2 satchel and FA for nationwide items that don't fit in an A2 satchel. The number that follows is unique to you.
